We thank you for choosing our shop to make you orchid purchases, please take a moment to look over our shop polices.
We combine shipping for multiple plant purchases if they are combined in the same cart at checkout. Shipping charges will then be adjusted and refunded back to you at time of packing when the package has been weighed and measured. If the purchases are made separately they will be shipped in their individual package and shipping fees applied for each package.
Orders over $250 will be shipped FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
No International shipping at this time.
During the winter months if the temperatures drop to 45 degrees or below a heat pack will be required for shipment, they will be available for purchase in the shop. We also wrap our boxes with insulation to help maintain the warmth during shipment. If the temps drop below freezing the heat packs do not work well and your shipment will be delayed until favorable conditions permit safe shipment. Like wise in the hot summer months a cool pack may be needed to insure your orchid arrives in satisfactory condition.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages incurred by the postal service.
Flowers, buds / spikes are NEVER guaranteed, but if the plant is in spike or flower we try our best to protect those during shipment for your enjoyment.
Please note the first photos in all listings are examples of what the plant may look like as a mature specimen plant, the last set of pictures are either of the actual plant for sale or a representation of what we have available.
When your orchid arrives please carefully unwrap, give it a nice 10 minute soak and allow it to acclimate to its new environment.
